Gaelic for Mothers & Others

***NEW MEMBERS WELCOME FOR 2023***

Summerhill Ladies LGFA have a Gaelic4Mothers&Others (G4M&O) initiative currently running at Summerhill GAA pitch. We introduce mothers and other women to playing Ladies Gaelic Football.

This initiative sees women playing Ladies Gaelic Football in a fun, non-competitive and social environment. Gaelic4Mothers&Others provide an opportunity for women to get their recommended weekly exercise in a fun way while meeting others in the area without any pressure. No football experience required, so no excuses (LOL).

We currently have 22 registered members and welcome new members to the group.  We train once a week on Thursdays at Summerhill GAA pitch from 8pm to 9pm.  Our coaches Jackie and Alan help make everyone feel welcome and have great patience!

There is one Provincial Blitz organised in each Province every year and one National Blitz which have been a huge success with 2500 participants taking part in the National Blitz Days each year.

So why not get involved !!

If you wish to become a member of Summerhill Ladies LGFA G4M&O group.........

After the sample session, all players must register as official members of the LGFA through their club registrar if they wish to continue participating.
